  • Our warehouse facility is located at 3800 Pell Cir, Sacramento, CA 95838
  • We operate during business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
⚠️ Note: All refrigerant purchases require valid EPA Section 608 certification

Product Quality Assurance

  • All products are new, factory-sealed refrigerants
  • Products are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse
  • Proper handling and storage procedures followed
  • DOT-approved cylinders and packaging
We maintain strict quality control measures to ensure product integrity

Warranty Terms

  • 30-day warranty on unopened products
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
  • Warranty valid for factory-sealed containers only
  • Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims
For safety and compliance reasons, warranty is void if product seal is broken

Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact us during business hours to initiate a claim
  • Provide order number and detailed description
  • Photos of defect/damage required
  • Claims processed within 1-2 business days
All warranty claims require Return Authorization (RA) number

Warranty Replacements

  • Replacement products shipped after inspection
  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • EPA certification verification required for replacement
All warranty returns must comply with DOT and EPA shipping regulations
