Our Delivery Timeline Explained

To ensure clarity, our total delivery time is broken down into two parts: order handling time and carrier transit time. Both stages occur on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Handling Time: 1-3 Business Days

• This is the time required for our team to process your order after it has been placed.
• Activities during handling include payment verification, order confirmation, and careful packaging.
• We fulfill and prepare orders for shipment from Monday to Friday.

Transit Time: 4-7 Business Days

• This is the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver the package to your address after it leaves our warehouse.
• All orders are shipped via standard ground service.
• Carriers typically ship and deliver packages from Monday to Friday.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
• You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Destinations

• We offer free shipping to all physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
• At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or any international locations.
