- We operate during business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
All returns must comply with EPA regulations for refrigerant handling and shipping
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted for unopened, factory-sealed products only
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Original packaging and documentation required
- Return Authorization (RA) number required before shipping
⚠️ For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened refrigerant containers
Return Process
- Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Package must be properly labeled according to DOT regulations
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
All returns must include original order number and Return Authorization number
Refund Information
- Full refund for items in original, unopened condition
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refund issued to original payment method
- 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
