General Return Policy
At Runwells, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, outlining the conditions and processes for returns and refunds.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
- Only items that meet these conditions will be considered for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at contact@runwells.com or call us at +1 (307) 855-0358 with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Your RMA: If your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Ship Your Item: Securely package the item in its original box and include your RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the inspection is complete.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge upon verification.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Any refrigerant product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original factory-sealed condition.
- Any item returned after the 30-day window.
- Any item returned without a valid RMA number.
