Yes, a valid EPA Section 608 certification is required to purchase refrigerants. This is a federal requirement that we strictly enforce to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. You'll need to verify your certification during the purchase process.

Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days. Shipping costs vary based on product weight and delivery location. All orders are processed from our Sacramento warehouse (3800 Pell Cir, Sacramento, CA 95838) during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day warranty on unopened products for manufacturing defects only. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and an RA number. EPA certification verification is required for all warranty claims involving refrigerants. Contact us for warranty support.
