No EPA certification is required to purchase refrigerants from Runwells. We make our products accessible to all customers while maintaining the highest quality standards. Simply place your order and we'll handle the rest.
What are your shipping times and costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days. Shipping costs vary based on product weight and delivery location. All orders are processed from our Sacramento warehouse (3800 Pell Cir, Sacramento, CA 95838) during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unopened, factory-sealed products only. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at contact@runwells.com to initiate a return.
